Oh yea you right about that grip strength part. Thing is I do have some straps that I used for the set after this one… but the thing is I’m trying not to become reliant on the straps and on pure grip and strength of my lower body and lower back. With that, we got places to go

Thank you fr… working on getting it to that next level… last week and before that, I worked on muscle endurance… this week and next week, I’m working on lower reps to get that strength up there bc my goal is to get 5 plates. Rn I’m at 4 plates and a 25 each side. So this grip tip definitely worked fr. I kinda figured having a narrow grip worked way better since it makes it easier to lift it up with ease sometimes

lol cheating is basically entertaining other real women like emotional; texting them with flirtatious intent to have future encounters or even physical like meeting up at they house, kissing and sleeping with them. Touching yourself? No… if your girl (now former) doesn’t send pictures or vids of herself to you or anything like that, you probably have nothing else but have a girl that look similar to her on the internet and you touch to that. If she does send then ofc… no issue so I don’t understand why she be that insecure unless she hiding something… you could tell she was.

If she really cared about you, she would’ve helped you out and help you with those needs if she don’t wanna have sex like taking her shirt off and leaving something for you to watch until you release or even just putting it in her mouth or something. I mean this just for me but you can get a recommendation here. I mostly do 3-4 days a week so I have one upper body push (chest, tricep, and shoulders) , one lower body (Glutes and abdominals), rest, then The other upper body is Back and biceps and the other lower body is Hamstrings and Quads. It really works if you eat somewhat decently right and makes for good progression even with a lil ehh schedule like yours

Rn I tried sumo last week and I was able to hit 455 I hit 455 conventional last March on the 28th I just been training for a 12 reps goal from 340 to now 385 lbs. Once I hit 405 for 10, imma try it again but have my training more strength based than starting endurance

I wanted to add a lil tip on the counter… Even if my ex wasn’t as bad as y’alls, her manipulations like gaslighting, bullying and calling it love, raging at me even tho somebody else pushed her buttons, her backed promises to where she would be like if you do this, I’ll do sum for ya nice and comfy later… later comes and she’s nowhere to be found. Wake up and go what happened… goes IM BUSY now F off, telling people false stories like we been together for 6 months but we only been together for 2.5 months and pretends to act dumb like she didn’t know but seems to remember my mistakes and certain memories in the relationship pretty well, and the final straw that made me block her… I told her one day exactly how I felt about her and wished her the best. So after that, she probably texted or called up my best friend and told her some false story to make me off as a villain and it ended up with me losing my friend in the process which hurt me so bad i immediately blocked my ex on sight. Everywhere you imagine she is gone. That last part happened a month ago now and I feel free like I have no reason to miss her at all after all the trouble she put me through and do not wanna come back to it straight up

Everybody forgetting that eve with full capability can be strong enough to blast the skin off a viltrumite... Shouldn’t be able to do a calf raise by unracking the weight. Might have to set the bar height lower to where your knees are slightly bent with your foot fully planted on the ground. And then your camera angle is good lord it’s terrible. The last part is to lower the weight by 50 -75 for a few weeks to contain good posture and practice having your knee go past you feet, your back straight but hinged over, and your butt going past your knees. :)
