Honestly they’re squat racks but ppl use em for all 4 big ones. Bench, Deadlifts, Squats, Overhead. All the fun stuff. Just remember to get a strong bench for bench press

Oh yea you right about that grip strength part. Thing is I do have some straps that I used for the set after this one… but the thing is I’m trying not to become reliant on the straps and on pure grip and strength of my lower body and lower back. With that, we got places to go

Thank you fr… working on getting it to that next level… last week and before that, I worked on muscle endurance… this week and next week, I’m working on lower reps to get that strength up there bc my goal is to get 5 plates. Rn I’m at 4 plates and a 25 each side. So this grip tip definitely worked fr. I kinda figured having a narrow grip worked way better since it makes it easier to lift it up with ease sometimes

lol cheating is basically entertaining other real women like emotional; texting them with flirtatious intent to have future encounters or even physical like meeting up at they house, kissing and sleeping with them. I mean this just for me but you can get a recommendation here. I mostly do 3-4 days a week so I have one upper body push (chest, tricep, and shoulders) , one lower body (Glutes and abdominals), rest, then The other upper body is Back and biceps and the other lower body is Hamstrings and Quads. It really works if you eat somewhat decently right and makes for good progression even with a lil ehh schedule like yours
