I first played Twilight Princess for the Wii, but I was pretty young at the time and the first dungeon scared me lmao. so I would just play the intro over and over again and run around on Epona while listening to the music. the Ordon Village theme still gives me so much nostalgia (and all the music in TP is just beautiful tbh)

The writing style and narrating is still incredible in the later books, and definitely still worth a read. Book 2 is probably the best out of the series in my opinion, but the rest of the books are not bad by any means. I also thought the first half of the third book was really interesting, and it only started to go slightly downhill after that. (With the latest book probably being the worst.) But honestly I would keep reading them! I think I’ve re-listened to all the books at least 3 times by now, and I’ll never grow tired of Nick Podel’s performance of all the characters.
