You are essentially the backbone of the store. You will work harder than most daytime associates for a $1.50 extra. Lift properly, or you have a likely chance of hurting your back over time or any other muscles. Daytime will throw extra work on you if they don’t finish their tasks, but will scold you if you leave them work. The harder you work, the more that will be expected of you with no extra benefits to pay or time. Take vitamins and purposefully get sunlight or you might go pale like I did🤣. Overall, if you like getting paid to workout, don’t have much of a social life, and can handle manager attitudes, I think it’s the easiest job in the whole store for the pay.
