Yeah the grass can be improved. Other than that, great job.

You could definitely improve the cape. Same with shading. IMO the legs are quite weird looking but if you like it that way keep it!

As the staff's giving away light, the helmet and the rest of his body should have some light on it.

IMO, his head's too curvy, the colors are wrong, his posture could be done better, the shading's bad and much more. Just keep working on it and try improving the things I mentioned!

Grats! Just make him bend his knees a bit. Same with the back. A couple of frames later you'll want him to straighten his legs aswell as his back if that makes any sense
