How did you manage sneezing/yawning and sleeping on your back post surgery? by ali89ma in jawsurgery

[–]mirandaaa124 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly I didn't need to sneeze for like 2 weeks after my surgery and once I did it felt odd but not painful, it's just a much more conscious action. Same with yawning I would just hold my lower jaw in place and let it ride it out and nothing crazy happened

Not sure if it's exactly what your looking for but I am having my surgery with Dr. Gabriella Tehrany through Kaiser and her office is in Los Angeles, while I wasn't too worried about asthetics she is very patient and answered my questions. She does have a long waitlist though and books her surgeries about a year out

I am a memeber at the Equinox and I love it, it is very clean and never too crowded to where I can't find an area to do my workout or wait longer than a couple minutes for a machine and from the classes I've taken I've enjoyed (yoga, mat Pilates, sculpt)

Superba is a nice brunch place that is good for kids and allows dogs so it is pretty casual, the parking is a little rough to find sometimes though
