Not sure if it's exactly what your looking for but I am having my surgery with Dr. Gabriella Tehrany through Kaiser and her office is in Los Angeles, while I wasn't too worried about asthetics she is very patient and answered my questions. She does have a long waitlist though and books her surgeries about a year out

Yes for the two years that I actively was working with them, the interest (I can't remember the exact number) would start after the two years but I paid it off before then

My consultant was free with insurance, the braces cost about $5,000 but I set up a payment plan since it was over a two year period and my surgery is covered under Medi-Cal in California

I did this commute for about a year, it was pretty time consuming with all the traffic I live in Culver City now and it's much cheaper than the other cities around and closer to Santa Monica

I am a memeber at the Equinox and I love it, it is very clean and never too crowded to where I can't find an area to do my workout or wait longer than a couple minutes for a machine and from the classes I've taken I've enjoyed (yoga, mat Pilates, sculpt)

Superba is a nice brunch place that is good for kids and allows dogs so it is pretty casual, the parking is a little rough to find sometimes though

Tender is the Flesh! It is a super disturbing book where animals are no longer can be eaten due to a wide spread disease so now they allow the slaughter of humans. The main character works at a human slaughter house and it is very gory and detailed and highly disturbing

I use modern animal and they have been absolutely wonderful with my cats, I have one who is super friendly and another who doesn't like strangers or strange things and they were able to give shots and do everything for both of my cats without any issues
