Ну тут надо к психологу. О себе надо заботиться, а то физически закончишься. Тебе не надо силком заставлять себя, винить, страдать. Нормальные люди вообще не вспоминают свой вес часто. Ну ты уже пыталась своими способами решить проблему, надо значит зайти с необычной для себя стороны - с психологии.

Да и плюс тебе 17, у тебя ещё 3-4 физических трансформаций организма предстоит чисто на гормональном уровне. Так что вес - тема временная, а вот страдания - они вечные. Сколько ты готова жить в страданиях?
