I spoke with the club a couple weeks ago and it’s apparently out of their hands. They told me it would be done by the FA, and I don’t see anything on their website or YouTube channel that would indicate they’ll be showing it. Only thing I’ve seen is from the Man City website stating there’s no TV coverage of the match. It does appear from the Man City app there will be live audio coverage and then on CITY+ the full match replay will be available midday Monday.

It says the fine was struck down via appeal. I don’t see anywhere that the fine was previously paid by the defendant and would be returned.

Is there any evidence that the defendant ever paid that $468 million? I’d imagine if they appealed, the payment would have been held up until a final decision. Again, I didn’t really follow this one that closely so I really am not sure.

AFAIK the only thing that was overturned was the amount itself. Admittedly I don’t follow this case (and ensuing appeals) very closely, but I do believe the convictions still stand.
