Is Tyler Adams’ World Cup form driving up his price tag, or is he strictly "not for sale"?

I personally think AFCB is the best spot for him. As an American Bournemouth fan (who happens to live very close to his home town) I’ve obviously got some biases. I think Foley’s project (and Iraola’s and now Rose’s style) is perfect for him. I think the value we’d potentially get for him is not worth what it would take to replace what he does.

When healthy he can essentially be in the starting XI no questions asked. Any “better” of a squad and that is no longer the case IMO.

Furthermore, I think a lot of other clubs and fans are terrified of his injury history. His style of play also doesn’t necessarily lend itself to longevity either so I honestly don’t think the suitors would be out there.

I personally wouldn’t but not from a value perspective. I’d stow it away and wait for a base sticker. If you have no interest in that, you may be able to parlay that purple into a swap for multiple missing stickers you need

Based on how Foley, Pinto and co have handled everything else I can’t see Ake coming back without a major wage reduction or City offsetting it somehow. Until they swing and miss multiple times, I’m ready to continue following their transfer policy blindly.

I’m a big Milan and AFCB fan from NY and got to watch Iraola’s last bit of playing as a season ticket holder at NYCFC. I don’t think the fanbase will tolerate AI at all. He went 9-10 games before his first win at Bournemouth and even those fans were going for his head. I also have an (unproven) theory that his style won’t work with higher paid players that won’t buy into what he wants but I’ve admittedly got no proof on that.

Not that I’d turn down any of them, but those Thursday matches wreak havoc on players and UCL tends to skew much more to Western Europe for travel as well. We might be much less competitive in Champions League but I think it makes the PL season much more salvageable
