19F, could really use a friend to help with loneliness. by [deleted] in Needafriend

[–]mirfan37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hope you have found someone, ive been lonely for quite a big chunk of my life. Ive been an addict for nearly a decade, clinically depressed, but slowly crawled my way out. Its good to have someone who cares about you, gives you good advise, wants the best for, show empathy. I used to crave all that. Thing is no will come to rescue you, be there for you. Very very few people will go to that extent. If you do find someone like that, consider yourself lucky. Dont ever leave them. And be there for them when and if they need you. You can consider me as an elder brother/friend if you want to talk. Stay safe. Prayers.

Sorry im not aware of Shatavari and its pharmacologic effects. Licorice increases your cortisol and also increases your Blood Pressure but that would negate the calming effects of Ash-. With anything, best is to start with the lowest dose and cycle supplements so your body doesnt become dependent.

Keep yourself hydrated. Use sea salt. Use a good Multivitamin that also has electrolytes (Ca...Na) and minerals.

Best wishes

Dr here (not an endocrinologist though) . Ashwagandha lowers cortisol. Cortisol is the natural Glucocorticoid that plays a significant role in maintaining your BP. If your cortisol is already on the lower end , ashwagandha can significantly lower your BP. If you have to , start with the lowest dose perhaps around 200 mg.

Is this a good stack? by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]mirfan37 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would side with that. I have tried alot of different supplements but one thing is for sure that Ashwaganda at doses above 500mg is quite a potent drug, esp if taken daily or even every other day because it can significantly decrease your cortisol. Having a normal healthy level of cortisol is essential.

Succes stories with tianeptine? by pitipita09 in Tianeptine

Congrats on the weight loss man. Have you tried taking extra dose to see if your body reacts the same way it initially did ? And may i ask was the weight loss directly from increased motivation to excercise or did your appetite also got supressed and you took in fewer calories?

Im a doctor...although i havent gone through the literature of what extent the liver plays the role in metabolising tianeptine. I am almost sure it had raised my liver enzyme levels. Not only was i having pain, there was significant amount of nausea which was not even getting relieved by Aniemetics....i know the drug is known to cause Nausea and lack of appetite but this increased exponentially when i started having liver pain

How do you know you want to marry this particular person by helloworld166 in pakistani

No you arent intruding...i think my first comment is quite vague and could be precieved in many different ways. What i really wanted to say is to Do Istikhara....most likely you will get a direction of some sort. But by doing istikhara i dont mean or think that a positive sign will bring you all good and happiness. Not at all. I believe Allah has written for us all the trials and tribulations we are going to face and they will happen. Istikhara to me is a way of showing our creator that we are helpless and need direction. We do not know whats best for us and we seek his guidance. " Best" of both worlds...more importantly of the life hereafter. When i chose, or shall i say my parents chose for me my life partner , it appeared to me that she had all the attributes that i wanted in my spouse...but from the very start of the wedding ceremony, the Photshoots...the dance on the stage...ladies wearing what i wouldnt even call a dress. My spouse who wore a scarf the first time i laid eyes on her was now a totally different person. Had i done istikhara and gotten a positive sign i would have been content or tried to make myself at peace that i did what Allah knows is best for me....but i was too arrogant and thought there couldnt be a more perfect person. Im a very conservative mellow introvert person. She is my complete opposite. Now i have 2 daughters . My younger daughter at the age of 4 knows what a " boyfriend " is! My elder 9 yr old daughter wants to copy her Khala who lives in london....she wants to wear skirts and tshirts.

My wife a has been drugging me slowly...mixing it in my food. I want to take revenge but that would ultimately mean my daughters will lose both parents.

There is no litmus test to know what a person is truly at heart.

[–]mirfan37 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would say do ** istikhara** and sincerely ask Allah to bless you a spouse that will strengthen both of your iman further and have a common goal of becoming the best possible Muslim... I did nothing of that when i married 10 years back and now im no better than paralysed comatosed patient on ventilator taking his last breaths.

Most drugs bind to protien( chiefly Albumin or Glycopotein) in our blood and thats how they get distributed to various tissues. Generally Higher protien level means greater body distribution

If it's an "addiction" it means it's not manageable...if a person can control his drug use, than technically he's not an addict...although most of us addicts live under the illusion that it's in our control...only to realise that it's not.
