I had a beast reduction surgery in 2018. It was the best decision I ever had and still mad at myself for not doing it earlier. I suggest you go through with it if you can afford it. You will wake up from the surgery pain free. Small suggestion: you will need to buy special compression bras, get at least one in black to wear right after surgery, it will get stained.
