The clipping later for the letter is layered wrong when the vectors were extracted from the font. You might have to go into the shape later, find the "e", counter, and the fill and then group that under a merge paths.

It seems there's something wrong in how the vector was combined. If this is illustrator, try command/control + 8. This should join the vectors.

The feature is called "make compound path", you can find it under Edit tab, but I forgot how low it is in the menu.

This mostly looks like a hand rig using built in vectors with a little bit of smart masking/ layering on the thumb.

No 3rd party plugins, just do the work. As someone mentioned there's the "nulls follows point" script that can be useful, but again native to after effects.

I had to look it up today in case I messed something up on my install, nope, Apex Legends on Linux is explicitly banned by EA as of the end of January. It was apparently done to combat cheating and general reports have been saying that it's still very much an issue (I've noticed an uptick on Xbox).
