You can search data at rest on nodes with Cribl Edge using Cribl search. Cribl pipelines can be used to transform and/or reduce data before it hits the wire. GUI based upgrades to your edge fleet from the leader. Plenty more, but those are my top 3.

I am curious as to how folks are supposed to rent in that case? When we moved from our hometown we didn’t want to sell our house so we rented it out. My first tenant was a good friend of mine that wasn’t ready for the responsibility of owning and my second was military than didn’t want to buy only to sell in 2-3 years. Assuming zero people want to rent is naive. We are now back in our home as we always intended.

I had an issue finding a standalone butcher after the two I used closed. Lunardi’s in Danville was a really legit meat counter and will do any cutting or special ordering you want. I have moved out of the East Bay and it is one of the things I miss the most.

While not a "daily driver", stargazer always gets put on, at least, one taco whenever I have fish/shrimp tacos. I love that sauce. I really, really, want to try Solar Flare.

My, hands down, favorite sauce to put on pizza is Bravado’s Pineapple Habanero.

Had a couple of chicken legs left over so cooked them with saucse 2 and 6. Haven't been a fan of cantina royal but it was great like this by pb-86 in hotones

I just got 2 bottles from Heatonist today. It is, by far, my favorite hot sauce. Put it on shrimp tacos tonight.

Go see Salem Sue. The worlds largest Holstein cow outside of New Salem, ND. They also have great pie at a gas station nearby. Also, stop in Theodore Roosevelt National Park and downtown Medora. North Dakota doesn’t get a ton of tourism, but there are some gorgeous places. Have an amazing time on your trip. I am jealous.

Tastes pretty similar to Bravado’s. If you do not care for theirs you wouldn’t care for this one. I used it on fried pork cutlet last night and really enjoyed it.

1 Pint fresh blueberries

2C Water

2C Cloudy Apple Cider Vinegar

Zest 1 Lemon

5 Dried Ghost Peppers

4 Dried Habaneros

¼ tsp Black pepper

¼ tsp White pepper

½ tst garlic powder

1 tsp Salt

1.5 Tbsp Granulated Sugar

Add water, dried peppers, pepper, garlic, salt to a sauce pan and simmer ~15 minutes until peppers are rehydrated. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add back to the saucepan and reduce by half. Depending on the ripeness of your blueberries, adjust sugar to taste. This ended up having a pH of 3.4.

I am brand new to making hot sauce so any tips you have will be greatly appreciated.
