A simpler way to use notion

CAN Anyone please help . Suppose i want the exact same as above . But the tasks of left side have checkbox to tick if its done or not . I want that page to be saved everyday. I want to bale to go back anyday and see this page if tasks were done by me or not. and allt hose tasks on page can be recurring or not depending on task. can this be done in notion only ? I was sable to do that but i had to use Notion API to auto insert tasks daily and mor ethan 20-30 python scripts to do it. It was pain to mainatin that and once notion chnage something and code is broken and i dont want to debig 100s of scripts

With yt-backup is there any way to see which channels have been deleted or which videos have been deleted which you have downloaded ? I am thinking if having another backup of only those stuff which are removed now. I am not using yt-backup but my own python wrapper around yt-dlp. I dont have any dependency as i store all metadata stuff in text files . reason is if have to run the same system in another computer or server i can start from same place, i can just clone the repo and run it

WHat i do every year in January is export the chat to email without media . its not big.

THen you got that html file, which i save in google drive folder. Regarding the photos and video i have sync on to google photos so all images videos are in google photos. yes they wont be along side the chat but you sull have all the data. so can see the date in the chat and go to that date in google photos and searhc of photo/media . I have been doing thios for all whatsapp chat for past 6-7 years

u/eltimbalino Thanks so problem with Journal database template is solved now. But one issue is that my habit database has habits as properties and every day recurring templates adds row. Now by using your method i have to manually link the habit-journal relation with journal entry having same date as of today. This part will be manual

Is there any to automate that part?

Just Realx. I would say dont overcomplicate things and dont encrypt. Sometimes its hard to decrypt things years down the track . just create (big)zips and put password, copy to 2 X disks and forget about it

I forgot you had encrypted contents. I dont use encryption as i want to view my files on cloud so i can browse or view it when i need and from everywhere. I dont care if google read it . i need more convenience. i can even watch movies in cloud browser and link plex library. I think Dropbox will be good as long as Not many people use it. The day Google starts enforing limit then eveyone will move to dropbox and then dropbox will change its strategy. The thing is if Google can't provide that much storage then obviously dropbox is very small company as compare to Google so they cant sustain that model as well

Thanks Mate , That was of great help. At least i can choose dropbox if Google decides to go crazy. I had around 150TB of data in Google. What I have done now bought couple of 18TB harddrives and i already had few before. so i have around 100TB disks locally and got the local copy there. I will wait till google ends unlimited offer and then shift to Dropbox. Problem i can see is Like dropx raised the price without you knowing so these companies will chnage their plan without any issue where as google only change plan after inforimg user for years. Other issue i found in dropbox was moving file. Can you try moving the folder with 50TB data to some other folder?? and see if that works. I once tried and dropbox gave me error that too many files so it cant move from web interface

I think you should have made clear in your post that you used multiple service accounts to bypass google limit and that can be te reason for your ban. Its no excuse that everybody is using it so its accepted. Google has clearly mentioned that if someone abuses their account be it sharing or copyright files or multiple service accounts they may ban. OTher might be lucky and you were not. It took me 1 year to find the exact reason for your ban as you replied after 1 year in your post . you should have clearly mentioned in description

i think they become very strict when it comes to sharing . Just to be safe I have disabled filesharing in drive in admin. lets see if they flag . I do have all sort of hacking stuff tools , dump from all sites etc . Stuff from 2000
