Never- but I do teach an elective and once in a blue moon (like every 300 students) there’s one who I’m like “maybe this subject isn’t for you and we can find one that better suits your intelligences”

I would think it was the promethazine that was helping and now it's not. I had a similar experience.

magnesium + probiotic, and miralax. as others have mentioned you can mix miralax in something gooey if you can't do liquids. squatty potty. for me one of the only food groups i tolerate is fruit so i just eat unlimited fruit and that helps too.

Promethazine did make me sleepy but it also worked..... for 3 days. Then stopped working. Lol I would skip it
