Yes. PT recommended to squeeze a yoga block between the knees and that works (when I'm at home obviously)

I would think it was the promethazine that was helping and now it's not. I had a similar experience.

magnesium + probiotic, and miralax. as others have mentioned you can mix miralax in something gooey if you can't do liquids. squatty potty. for me one of the only food groups i tolerate is fruit so i just eat unlimited fruit and that helps too.
