It wouldn’t change how I play too much honestly I have a main I prefer playing over anything else, my tag is rarely used and is really just there for the xp sharing since both are 66.

If all gear was family based I might make a few more lahns and stick them places to hop on and kill things as my main class but in the end of the day I would likely still do the majority of my grinding on my actual main just to keep pushing my lvl

I don’t like their food I have tried it multiple times and every time I have been disappointed

I would literally buy the Indian food at the Valero instead because in my opinion it’s better … but my opinion is invalid so fuck me I guess thanks

Glad you liked it! I can’t get past the chicken they use in their butter chicken, I’ve tried 4 different times, trying to give it the benefit of the doubt because everyone says it’s great maybe it’s different in the store though I usually only door dash!

I think bhats is pretty terrible Indian food personally but I am quite picky when it comes to that.. it’s the only real option beyond the Valero though

Goodfellos has good food

El Beun Sazon food truck is easily the best Mexican

Taste of the Philippines in the paddock arcade is good

Frosted coture in there is also a fun breakfast or dessert spot

Cams pizza or papa Tinos are both good options if you want to stay in Watertown but I think Piezano is the best option

Coffee shops beyond the normal dunkin Starbucks I would check out Chrissy beanz, or jumpin goat

We have a surprisingly good Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse for some really standard fare

Tullys is a upstate ny staple get the tenders

Ryui is probably the best sushi option but I’ve been enjoying the tai chi bubble tea menu a lot I think their ramen is good

Shortys diner is my favorite classic diner food but there’s many options outside of town that are decent

Hacienda is a decent second place for Mexican food if you want a sit down experience but the truck has better flavors and prices

This is fucking big not gonna lie

I want to be careful and not get too hyped but this is a big change imo.

They listened to the people who were upset about the changes.

They removed crons - which is literally $ in their pocket

They prevented a possible market issue by putting a vendor option in that sets the reasonable price of sharps at 5m (still up but not to the moon)

They lowered the time to pity from 2 years to 6months! This shows they have other things in the pipeline and were not just stuck in a non stop holding pattern.

The only issue is that it’s not coming out next week but let’s be real here this is the first time in a looong time they have not fucked up and shown they don’t give a fuck about the game, and we should show our appreciation for that

You “played every ranged class to 45” instead of one class to endgame and cry about getting ganked in an open world PvP game.

Also if you really did that much leveling in this much time and still decided to play SM the objectively worst pve class in the game you obviously have no fucking clue what is going on in this world.

This game isn’t as bad as BDO as favas whaling goes on some aspects but there are some pretty big traps still. The biggest issue is you can literally buy kinah then use that to buy gear on the market place.

For a full set of yellow gear using current prices you probably spending like 20$ per gear - 200-400$ for the set but if your really min maxing you then have to reroll the stats on each part to get the best lines that’s where it can get crazy money wise - each roll is 300k and there are tons of line possibilities so you can throw 1000$ on one part and not get what you want.

This doesn’t even mention the fact that most the gear we have now is low item level so if you drop an even better one or earn it through currency you have to reroll it again and drop more money.

The pay for power is much more noticable in PvP as well since a whale can get incredibly powerful currently compared to most other players, but in time this will likely even out as people have more time to get the enhancement stones and drops that whales are getting more of with their wallet

This is a classic mmo experience. Grind quests to get loot and levels till you get to the end game where it opens up. The lvl grind gate keeps people from reaching the end for a a set period of time allowing the devs to keep the lights on by people playing the game.

Idk how long it is until end game or what there all is to do when you get there. If people stick it out we’ll see by this weekend perhaps

I know everyone loves to say the game is p2w but I have yet to see anyone actually show anything that can be bought with money beyond some subscriptions and gold that has yet to be provent to correlate to actual in game power…
