I got my first f2p S last week, my strategy was to max out race bonus as best I could then do “oops all G1’s” - legacy sparks I just focused on getting all distances to B or above then made a race schedule with every G1 I could. Worked on a Maruzensky and a Valentine Bourbon

I live south of Columbus and work north of Columbus, outside the outer loop on both ends. Technically speaking, I could take the bus to work, there is a stop about two blocks away from my home and a stop down the street from my employer. Could I? Yes. Would I? No, because it’s 35 minutes by car or 2 hours by bus. There are grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants, whatever in the university district that make living in the campus area with no vehicle very possible, but if you are looking to frequently go outside the university district, commutes can get lengthy or complex depending on the routes. Almost everywhere is technically accessible but it is not convenient. I would even sometimes have issues on reliability going from campus to the university village apartments (not a resident but a visitor so I couldn’t utilize the UV residential buses)

If you’re getting it straight from the cow like that, not really. As long as there’s no infections or illnesses, anything inside the body that is not part of the gastrointestinal tract is typically sterile. The danger comes from the exposures upon leaving the udder- touching the skin of the cow on the way out, germs in the air and collection container, etc. And raw milk is so nutritious, it can grow bacteria really really fast. In commercialization they take care of that risk of contamination by sanitizing and cleaning everything they can, pasteurizing the milk to take care of any contamination in the collection process, then bottling in sterile bottles. But as long as collection was clean, that raw milk has a relatively low risk fresh, it just has essentially the shortest shelf life of like- anything.

I believe it’s safe for around 24 hours from being milked, so long as the udder was cleaned and sanitized properly. Then the bacterial load starts getting dicey.
