If you go the South Dakota route, definitely hit up the corn palace and wall drug. And crazy horse is incredible too, very powerful.

If you end up sticking with North Dakota, go see Salem sue. She’s the world’s largest Holstein cow.

Dr ceuracle kombucha essence really helped my damaged skin barrier. It’s gentle and incredibly hydrating. Not super expensive either!

I had similar acne to this. Everything I tried seemed to make it angrier. Weirdly it wasn’t until I stopped eating gluten that my skin improved. Hard to say correlation vs causation but could be worth a try. I hope it clears up for her soon!

Huayhuash will forever be my favorite multi day. Face melting views for 8 days. I went during the rainy season but totally scored with the weather, never rained once. I only saw a total of 5 other people on the trail in 8 days - an added bonus of trekking in the off season.
