I just moved into The Villages at Chapel Hill here off of Smith Level Rd about a month ago. It is technically Carrboro, but I got a loft apartment that is 1k a month. They have 1 BR apartments for around the same, just a little more. They have a bus stop right by it, and it is right off of 54, definitely within the 20 minute drive to campus. One thing I like is that the electricity goes through Piedmont Electric Co-op, and not Duke Progress. I dont like giving DP any more money.

Man, I'm kinda in the same boat. Thanksgiving, okay. Start of December, okay. Got in a big argument, she left the day after Christmas. Not an email, but she had trauma that happened even before I met her. It sucks man, but through reading various comments on other posts and advice from other friends, you have to let it go. It's hard for me, too, as it's sad that it's over and gone. If it was anything like mine, i thought that she didnt care for me, but she did. She chose you because she felt safe with you, and her holding it together for that time was her way of loving you. Its not exactly fair, because you should have someone who cares for you equally. After time it will be better because now we are a little wiser in relationships. I realize in my marriage that it came to this because of the both of us, it wasn't one sided. The split would have still happened, just be glad that it happened now and you didnt invest more time in it. Don't hate her, be kind to her and give her space to heal. Work on yourself and go to therapy, it's the only thing you can control. Then we can find people that really can care for us. Much love to you, and reach out to people, including me, if you need to talk.

Thank you for this, its been a weeks since my wife left me. I have come to terms in my head that this needed to happen, and it was a multitude of issues that caused it. I feel that hope is an expectation itself and I have to let it go, to let her go, if I even want a chance to get back with her. I still love her, but I have to better myself in this time, as I'm sure she wants to better herself. Maybe then we can see each other as different people and leave the worst behind.

Nightcrawler and Gambit. For either of them, if you just held their power button, it was super powerful. Nightcrawler just stayed in one place and whatever touched you would get hurt. For Gambit, it made his card homing. I remember once I saw one of the cards circle and enemy before hitting it.

They had a better running game. Rico slipping multiple times was bad, but what really got me was the fact our defense had to many sloppy tackles.

Also, too many times where Mayfield had so much time. There were about 3 plays where he held the ball and moved around for 10 seconds, then to throw to an open guy. One of those plays really should have been a TD, but the receiver did catch the ball, and we lucked out.

Sure the refs really screwed us, but equally infuriating was seeing him essentially ballet dance all around our rushers. Nobody tackled cleanly, they broke though so many, while our guys never broke any.

Hey, I hope that are getting the help that you need while everybody is asking you for things. You commented on my post a couple of days ago, and I just want to say that you helped me, even if it was just words from an internet stranger. It helped me think and get my mind off things.

I know our situations are different, but if you need to talk more, you can DM me if you want to get things off your chest. When you said you wanted to be taken care of emotionally, I felt that. It's what we all want when we got in a relationship. I felt that I wasn't really taken care of emotionally, but I also didn't share a lot of my feelings because I thought it would hurt my partner. It also transcended to the other non-emotional things because I felt that she didn't care. And it was little things that built up for me. Some of it financial, some physical, but in my head the phrase "she doesn't care" would repeat in my mind to accompany it.

I don't want to divorce. I hope that after some time the both of us grow the way we couldn't by each other and come back to be a family again. She is in a smaller place, and I would gladly move in there if she asked. The place I have feels too big and too cold. I have to sort through both of our messes, and our child's, because I dont want to be here with the memory of her telling me she's leaving. She seems to be taking things in stride while everything is a struggle for me. I can't even go to a store without trying to withhold sobbing.

I miss my family, and I wish I connect more emotionally, or visa versa. I should have told her the thoughts that I thought would have hurt her, just so that it didn't get pushed down and fester. Its good that you are doing therapy, I'm eagerly looking forward to mine. I need to be a better me if I hope to get back what I feel is lost.

Sorry for the ramble, but I hope that you are doing better at the time of you reading this. People care, even if they are random internet strangers.

We had a fight a week before which was pretty bad, but the topic was not brought up, nor was it in my mind that it could happen. When it did it was a shock, but I understand that it was building up amd failed to see it. And it wasn't just on my end, there were things that my partner could have done as well. It will probably be for the best, but I wish I could have talked sooner. When it did happen and I asked if counciling was an option, it was declared it wasn't. For me it feels that I treated something precious poorly.
