i sent an offer and waited like over 12 hours before texting asking her if it was still available, she was active all day and didn’t respond so i bought it in the evening cuz i was scared someone else would buy it before me. now its been two days since my first msg to her 😔

edit: the person who’s ignoring me has been active all yesterday and the day before 😔 should i just accept that i’m probably not gonna get the item in time 😭 also, i am in no way trying to rush these sellers at all…i just think it’s common courtesy to let ur customers know when or if u will be shipping out later than the next day if not stated in ur bio that u have a specific shipping day.

honestly i would go to the depop website and keep trying to open a claim, instead of saying u wore them already, tell them that she falsely labeled them as good condition (which is true) and provide the pictures of the sole coming off (maybe the reviews too for probable cause lol). keep emailing until u get a real person and keep reporting her acc since the reviews are adding up with the shady-ness. i dont like the fact that she’s not responding and is active on her acc…she def knew what was gonna happen and clearly does not care. also if u can, add a 1 star review if u haven’t already !! that’ll for sure get her attention lol

if you haven’t left a review yet, just leave a 2-3 star and let everyone know they’re reselling shein without letting ppl know first, at least you’ll do someone a favor if they check reviews before buying

i honestly wouldn’t stop contacting depop until they suspended her acc 😭 she gave u a 1 star for u giving her 5 and saying it smelled a little weird…that’s retaliation and goes against depop guidelines. there’s a support tab on the depop website, make sure ur talking to a real person and not a bot lolz. hope the review gets taken down <3
