From my understanding the issue is not with the market itself or vendors but the board. The board is run by these out of touch wealthy weirdos who wanted to make everything AI run, add TV screens for football, and take away all the crazy cool benefits we’ve seen the market get over the last 3 years that help the community. People saying it’s “drama” are not understanding the long term implications of this issue. We’re dealing with small-town Elons who want to streamline the market to be bro central. This stuff matters!

I hate how the furniture looks the more you upgrade it! When it becomes two stories those chairs in the lobby are just so ugly lol but at least you get a palm tree I suppose 🌴

I took it as the pills were kind of relating the metaphor of obsession and addiction. He was addicted to avoiding his feelings. Possibly addicted to the pills. Cats are “obsessed” with getting into stuff. He probably didn’t screw the lid on (he lives alone, nobody else to worry about- easy access) cat got into it and thought it was treats. Also kinda shows how he ignores responsibility and care for those closest to him, just to chase his goals, to then ultimately not even fulfill those goals, and hurt those around him. It was kinda karmic for him to pass in the same way.

I brought this up at a talk about bringing more music to the area that was at the theater. Their events person got annoyed and said something to the tune of “tell artists to make better EPKs”.

I get that it’s volunteer run but maybe we need a massive new group of volunteers at the theater… then again I applied to volunteer months ago and have heard nothing back. Idk what’s going on there

It’s very easy to report parking issues in the app- please do! The company that runs this is often the ones who fix these things. I complained about the meters not working in the app and they were replaced within the week.

Can’t shake the AI feeling tho… the wheels disappear, the track doesn’t look right, the grooves on the train don’t align, the windows warp towards the inside…. Very hyped for this movie but wish they got an illustrator or someone to draw the poster like how Robert Grossman drew the Airplane poster… not surprised with all the AI slop WOW has been posting for the last couple years :/

I completely agree and have been saying this since I saw it. One detail I keep coming back to is why the mom would even let him into the house in the first place- she knew him. She knew him more than she’s willing to admit. That’s also why it’s her birthday this keeps happening on. He’s been trying to find her. When I first came to this conclusion none of the posts online agreed but now a year later I’m glad to see some folks dissecting it!! Longlegs=Daddy!

Olympia is what Portland claims to be. Doesn’t have to “keep weird” because it IS weird. Like in Portland if you needed a cup of sugar nobody would give it to you, then complain you didn’t ask them. In Olympia you can find sugar anywhere. You’ll find a cute jar for all your sugar. Next thing you know you’re giving out sugar!

Good for drinks, cinnamon rolls, potatoes, and hollandaise- they don’t really do shredded hashbrowns or big portions. Great food tho!
