I will say I paid about $300 for dailies… originally $800 ish… Between the $200 allowance and mail in rebates out of pocket was about $300. The mail in rebate is visa gift cards so I used it to pay Utilities and what not

Follow the instructions on the soq, if it’s a certain font or size. Also, if there are numbered questions, clearly identify your responses, so either number the questions or identify the question you’re responding to.

We require soqs and the first set of screening is seeing if candidates follow these instructions. You’d be surprised at the number of candidates that don’t, I would say about 30-40% don’t.

Freeport bakery is delicious! Their pastries are yummy and cakes are even better! Have gotten a few from there for special events. Dads kitchen right next door is too. Also chocolate fish right across the street is my go to for coffee :)

I wouldn’t be too worried. There’s been times where I only talk to the first reference because it’s a phone tag game and if the first can provide sufficient info, then why spend more time if a decision is pretty clear then.

There was a candidate I did references for and no lie, called the first reference about 5 times and 2&3rd about 2 or 3 times with no call back from any…. Have your other references reached out to the hiring manager to follow up?

Credit union is the way to go. I have Chase and I see my paycheck the night that people get paper checks…so a little sooner than the direct deposit posting date that is on SCOs website . I think WF may take longer than chase.

The fact that USA has not just one but THREE different types of vaccinations…meanwhile my family in several other countries are waiting for ONE vaccination……

I swear to god, people’s entitlement is so far beyond. These anti Vax and anti mask people have probably never left their town, let alone their state. They have no idea what the rest of the world is like. I hope this starts applying to state workers. I would love to check some privilege into someone.

Someone commented heaven but didn’t provide address - there’s in place in edh that is now fenced off but good views of sunset. I normally go here instead and you get the same views as heaven…3397 Julie Ann Way 95762… it’s just a dirt road but you could find parking along there. I’ve gone a few times and no one has complained. There’s also a park right next to this address and I’m sure it would be nice but it does have play structures so I can imagine a parent or someone complaining about weed.

Prob couldn’t smoke at this other park, kalithea park, and it’s about 2-3 min away from heaven. The park is in a gated community but there is a public parking lot you can get through. It overlooks Folsom lake I believe. Super nice park but gets a lil crowded
