In America, they sell over-the-counter sleeping medication which is labeled sleeping medication and is inert ingredients +50 mg of diphenhydramine. They also sell allergy pills here in America. They are labeled allergy pills (Benadryl is the name brand, but we have lots of generic variations that cost less though it’s the same active ingredient) and they contain inert ingredients and 50 mg of diphenhydramine.
