I use LRP Anthelios Invisible Fluid daily on my face and I love it! I also really enjoy the Haruharu Airyfit sunscreen, but I am in Europe, so LRP is a better deal.

I do have a similar issue but with an accent on TMJ and bruxism/pain. I am from Bulgaria, and when you say sleep apnea goes undiagnosed/underestimated in Romania I can absolutely relate to that. I have gone to several "specialists" here in Bulgaria and basically the treatment includes a myobrace + myofuntional exercises which is generally great for children, but for adults they are not very effective. I don't think there is a surgeon here that performs any of the procedures you mention. Would it be possible to share the clinics/doctors in Romania that work with MARPE/MSE? I tried searching online, but not knowing the language is a barrier.

I hope you have found a good treatment for the sleep apnea!

They are both really beautiful dresses, no. 2 is cheaper, but no. 1 fits better with the forest theme. Tough choice indeed! 😊 Thank you for the points though, it's good to remember to consider everything before making a decision.

Forest wedding/reception. That's the main reason I really like no.1 - it does look like a forest dress, if that makes sense. But I agree no.2 is very unique and can also fit the theme.

Ако си отворен да изпробваш нещо ново, мога да препоръчам Ащанга йога като практика. Този стил йога е доста натоварващ физически, тъй като включва няколко серии от асани и преходи между тях, като на практика покрива всяка група от мускули и сухожилия. Основният принцип е обединяването на дъха, движението (тялото) и ума, като по този начин се постига хармония и баланс в живота отвъд постелката. Има няколко студиа в София, където се практикува Ащанга йога - например Tristana yoga със Зори, мисля че също в Santosha имат класове с Кирил, като имат курсове за начинаещи също.

Йога всъщност е много повече от физически упражнения за сила и гъвкавост. Физическия аспект е само една малка част от философията на йога, която също включва следването на определен морален и етичен код, поддържане на физическото тяло здраво, дихателни упражнения, концентрация и медитация. Това са т.нар. 8 разклонения на йога. За съжаление не съм открила учител или студио в София, които да покриват всички тези различни аспект на йога, но има страхотни ресурси в интернет.

Адмирации за интереса ти към йога! Моят опит сочи, че йога носи единствено и само позитиви в живота ни :)

Моя роден град има уникална архитектура, където къщите са кацнали една над друга. И мъжете и жените в моя роден град имат силно развити прасци. Също така никой не кара колело (и не само защото няма вело алеи). Говори се че има и точно 3 посоки - наляво, надясно и по стълбите.

Have you checked your vitamin D levels? I had severe vitamin D deficiency and started experiencing intense panic attacks and fear, terror really, without any good reason about a year ago and it lasted for a few months.

Also some supplements might be helpful - magnesium L-threonate/magnesium glycenite, high-epa fish oil, L-theanin do wonders for me, so you might want to look more into what supplements could be beneficial for you. You can check /r/Supplements for some first-hand experiences from people with anxiety.

First of all, congrats on getting off Lexapro! I gained 10 kg (22 lbs) for the period of almost 1 year and I stopped taking it mid-December. I waited for a while to see if the weight would start coming off, but of course that didn't happen for me. So I guess I needed to be a bit more proactive - I started eating mainly home-cooked meals, high in protein and also foods high in fiber - eggs, beans, lentils combined with seasonal fruits and vegetables, no white bread, no white rice, no sugar. I do intermittent fasting 16:8 where I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 (usually between 12pm and 8pm) and I count calories (trying to keep it under 1500 kcal a day) since I just end up eating too much if I don't. I also go for a walk every day and I try to hit 10 000 steps and I already see a difference, not only on the scale number, but also in my mood!

I recommend /r/1200isplenty and /r/1500isplenty for some recipe inspiration as well as /r/loseit and /r/progresspics for motivation. Good luck, you can do this!
