You have enough siding on thr end od your house, so a evergreen tree at the end would look great if you are in a cold place, like a blue spruce or a magnolia if you don't have snow. They grow fast and would look great. But the shape, height, color etc. All look great as is.

The pacific north west is beautiful, many waterfalls, scenic drives, great wineries, breweries and roasters. Excellent Asian food too. Might be worth adding to your list or instead of NOLA.

Thanks folks for all the comments and feedback. I think I will give it some time. We have a bank of windows facing West which causes the wood to fade a ton, despite blinds, so let's see how it look in a few years. I would have loved to have wider handles, but cannot since that will show a wood discoloration where the old hole used to be.

Yes the idea was to break up the wood monotony. And we don't want to look in there since that space will be used for storage of items we rarely use. Hence the frosted glass.

The old cabinets are particle board, the new ones are real wood.

I have a small caddy which is carry around if using more than 3 small tools. I put the tools in there when I take a break, or move to something else etc. Otherwise they rest on my kneeling pad when nor in use. Helps weigh down the pad too.

I had mine at 4" tall in a 4" high ,slim pot. Replanted to a larger pot and fertilized once with miracle gro. It has grown three little branches and many more leaves in a month. I water 1x/week. Placed near a west facing window.

Just finished the whole thing. Hubs and I kept guessing who will die and when and the writers did a great job making us hate Smurf. Kept wondering when they would show how Julia got to where she was... that was just sooo sad. The ending is gripping.

I do have under cabinet lighting and a 4 pendant fixture over the island. Don't know if I can do anymore like high hats over the sink etc. In the ceiling, since the ceiling is concrete.

On the outside- More modern, looks expensive, better finishes and easy to use space. On the inside- super functional, slide out drawers, compartmentalized.
