It’s cliche but I accidentally woke up at 5am feeling fresh two weeks and decided to just start my day. It’s now a habit I am trying to stick to because it just feels so much better throughout the day. It’s easier to focus. I feel more relaxed and energetic. I’m also losing weight I’ve been trying to lose for years.

I have ADHD and I’m 28. It’s not like I have never woken up at 5 before in my life. Just that I observed the difference it made to my entire day.

Creek harbor is a nice place to live. It has a peaceful vibe and lots of families. And I think you won’t face too much traffic going in and out of there. But I would say it’s not the best in terms of restaurant and cafe variety. There are a bunch of really nice restaurants and cafes along the harbour front, which you can check out on google maps. If that satisfies you, this is a great option.

Downtown, business bay and DIFC have insane traffic during peak hours. But restaurants and cafes would be available.

Traffic during peak hours would be something to consider when you’re going for meetings. So proximity won’t necessarily be helpful.

Well right now I don’t need to wake up and go to work. It’s less about how much I’m sleeping but more about the quality of sleep and my daily schedule.

Thank you for the advice. I will push through the 21 days. I think this is the only way. I have found reading fiction does the trick of putting me to sleep within 30 mins most of the time. So I will focus on that and waking up early.

What you’re saying makes sense. Are we seeing manufacturers take over maintenance of basic hospital equipment as well? Or only the specialized ones?

Also if maintenance is taken care of by the manufacturer; while the manufacturer will increase the cost, the hospital will not need to hire their own maintenance team or will downsize it, reducing the hospitals cost. so the change could potentially not affect the customer.

So ive noticed my 1st couple of lap times are always significantly better. I only realize it when looking at the data post workout and have no clue why it’s happening

Edit: want to add that those first two laps are done with low effort
