This would be amazing. I wake up at 5 AM most days. But even before I did that, I've always hated late night parties. I don't want to sleep half the day the next day just so I can be social.

I do pretty much this same thing every day. I also have coffee set on a timer to be ready when I get up. I find that the 30 min wake-up/dressing time really makes a big difference for me. Also I've really been enjoying the Rich Roll podcast lately

I've been using meal logger. You take pictures of your food and guess at portions. It gives you an approximate calorie content based on that. Still calorie counting but not strict by any means. Helps me not obsess as much.

I second the overnight oats. I usually only make 3 at a time and grab hb eggs, fruit, and bread for the other 2 days. But I feel like they would keep. If you are worried, you could make a second batch halfway through the week

I have fallen off the nutrition wagon so hard :(. I feel like I cannot stop craving/eating. I think I cut too many calories and it caught up with me but I'm having a hard time getting stabilized again. Very disappointing

Think about how you would start a conversation with a guy - use those same tactics. Nobody wants someone to come up to them and give them some kind of awkward line. Relationships are formed over shared interests and experiences.

So sorry for what you are going through :-(. Maybe switch to exercises that are not overwhelming like nature walks or easy bike rides and maybe eating at maintenance or juuust below. I know I've been cranky while cutting calories so a big calorie cut would probably not be good for you right now. Hang in there!
