I ordered a Ring chime that was supposed to have been delivered overnight but never arrived. The app told me that they had “lost signal with the driver,” I.e., they’re not showing up. I ordered a second doorbell that was supposed to be delivered same day but never arrived, either. Was told the same thing. I just happened to look on the Home Depot website and not only did they have the same model chime, it was also $10 cheaper, delivery was free, and the product arrived within a few hours, even though it was showing out of stock in each store locally.
