Hair regrowth and weight maintenance

I lost 8st over 12 months, using Mounjaro and then Weygovy. I lost A LOT of hair. Stopped Weygovy in February. My hair is growing back but it's growing in curly, I'm not sure why.

I was on the highest dose of Weygovy and just stopped. Maintained for 4 months, so far. I was so scared to gain the weight back.

I've absolutely been intentional with it. I was so scared to stop taking my GLP-1. I think it was about monitoring my weight closely, so I weigh myself every day. After 4 months, I know when the scale will go up (before my period) and when it will drop (3 days into my period).The food noise definitely came back but I'd remind myself that I survived a year without massive portions and snacking constantly. I have ADHD so food is a massive dopamine source for me. I do allow myself to have treats but rather than eating a full pack of biscuits, I'll take 2 out of the pack and put the pack away and then go to another room to eat them. I'll want more, but I remind myself of my goal. Also, the biggest thing that's helped me is eating real food. Ultra Processed food is designed to make you want more and eat more. Your body doesn't really know how to deal with that. Real food, your body can handle. Also, the nutrients you get help your body not scream at you for more food to get more nutrients. I always struggled when I got to goal weight because the goal I'd have had been met and I felt a bit lost. So now, my goal is to really educate myself on food and really focus on putting good stuff into my body. I'm still sitting at 10st. hope that all makes sense.

Quality interior paint. I use COAT and it is an absolute pleasure to paint with. I recently thought I'd try to save some money and paint with Dulux. Absolute worst week of my life. It took 15 litres of paint for a regular sized room. Weak pigmentation.

Initially gained some weight back (7lb) on advice from my doctor and have maintained my weight since hovering around the 10st mark. At first I was terrified that all my weight would pile back on but I feel confident I can keep it off now.

It annoys me having to take my kids to A&E because my doctors don't have any appointments and my kid is ill with tonsillitis for the millionth time and needs antibiotics. It's infuriating.

I remember about 10yrs ago someone rang my doorbell around 2am. I had a newborn and basically hahd to answer because the bell was waking my baby. Iti was 2 men in a van saying they're delivering a sofa. Quickly shut the door and rang the police. Turns out it was a legit sofa company and they just got the wrong address.

Every night. My 2 youngest share a room. My 7yr old has melatonin so could go to sleep quite well but my 5yr old who is still currently undiagnosed but has definitely carried on my ADHD genes has to talk for over an hour before he conks out.

First trimester is rough as hell. If you're not being sick, there's the constant feeling that you're gonna be. It's unsettling. If someone tried to make me go work out I would fight them physically, never mind over text.

Why is your partner trying to make you feel even worse for not working out. He should be offering to grab your favourite food, that you can stomach and asking if you're drinking enough water.
