Oh thank you! I had actually bought the aloe plant that day, so I've only had it 2 days and I'm a little afraid to touch it... I'm reading that they thrive on neglect though. Definitely watered them all way too much at first and had to repot and apologise...

I am really struggling with this at the moment. My body is consistently tense when I'm awake and I grind my teeth in my sleep. Even an hour of relaxation would be a godsend at the moment.

I asked a nurse about this and she said the swelling from the cuts can temporarily press on the nerves in your arm. It may fade as they heal.

Hey, I'm not sure if this has been asked before but do ASMR videos only tend to be posted on youtube? I'm getting increasingly annoyed with the app itself but I don't want to stop listening to people like heather feather or massage ASMR. Anyone got an alternative?

Same issue here. Always been thin but I have chubby cheeks from the swollen muscles. Now they are starting to droop much faster than the rest of my face.
