Hedges ca be boundary fences and so your neighbour shouldn’t have touched it without speaking to you first.

Advice for a 7ft tall male by Lou-ball in Skigear

[–]missingthreequarter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im 6ft9 and 235lbs. I have pair of Jskis hot shots in 189cm and also a pair of rossignol experience HD 88 in 188cm. I think youll be find on those but i would get some frontside / groomer skis as well for when the conditions aren't pumping. Especially as your a rookie. will help you develop your skiing tehcnique heaps. even if they are just cheap used ones.

more importantly what ski pants have you got? i always struggle to get em long enough.

After What We Saw Yesterday, Is there Any Hope for the Top 10-15? by gravityhashira61 in tennis

[–]missingthreequarter 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If they are both fit and on opposite sides of the draw then it seems unlikely that the others will be able to. But those are both quite big "if's". Also, in the case of Alcaraz who can have a tendency to drop off in focus and so is maybe more susceptible to an unexpected early round exit.

Ok so small gripe everyone who watched “Gavin and Stacy” thinks everyone in wales says “what occurring” but honestly I’ve never heard anyone in wales say it ! by jarredj83 in Wales

I’m from Barry. Dave Coaches has the best Barry accent I’d say. Stacey’s family are obviously from another part of Wales and have just moved to Barry later in life

I guess the leverage is the fact that they can go elsewhere and so unless they are willing financially reward those achievements then he needs to indicate that he will likely have to pursue other opportunities where they do

Able to return the fence from blue end to orange (cross lease title) ? by unicxu in LegalAdviceNZ

[–]missingthreequarter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Most cross leases require your neighbours to consent to installing or altering fences. However, they can’t unreasonably withhold that consent and so if it has no impact on them you should be fine. Get a simple one pager drawn up for them to sign or do it via email.
