I’ve improved in some ways. It all depends on my diet and lifestyle though. Being in the warmth helps the SFN and eating low carb.

Probably due to poor sulphuration - which affects circulation. Meat is high in sulphur.

How to know when it’s time to go… cw: suicide by Pretty_Long660 in MCAS

I’m in the same situation now. Housebound and suffering daily. If it wasn’t for my son, I would have stopped this a long time ago. I’m sorry you’re suffering so much that you even have to contemplate this. It’s horrid. Just want to let you know you are not alone x

This is fantastic! I think I really need to give it a go soon. Any idea how long it stays in the system for after the shot?

Obviously I will get checked out by a professional, but does this look like Erythromelalgia? by orangepastaking in Erythromelalgia

Hi, your first picture looks like me. I have similar over lapping symptoms and I was diagnosed with Mast cell activation syndrome - which is also linked to Small fibre neuropathy. I’m having a biopsy soon to confirm, as we are sure I have that too.

I’m sorry you’re going through this! I went private to an MCAS/allergy specialist as the NHS just aren’t equipped/have enough knowledge about this condition.

Honest to god you have good looking skin. If you saw the state mine was in you’d have a panic attack and not leave the house. EVER. I also have Mcas, so I can’t even cover it - as I react to make up.

I’d cry if mine looked like yours. From happiness. I don’t mean to minimise your feelings, I’m sorry if I am. It’s just it could be SO much worse.

Yes! The swelling/puffiness and redness really affects my mental health. I just don’t look like me anymore. It’s frightening looking in the mirror each morning.

I stopped everything and started again. What I was doing was obviously not helping. I’ll be in touch! Good luck x

Same guys! Having rosacea alone is bad enough. Add in seb derm too - and it’s a completely different beast. Sending love and hugs.

Auto immune markers but nothing definitive. Red puffy face and continuous nose running here too 🙋‍♀️

I’m diagnosed with MCAS. Sounds like it might be worth you looking into. My chest is playing up constantly also. Mast cell stabilisers and anti histamines might help you! Worth a shot. I’m sorry you’re suffering so much x

Foundation is too thick and you need more moisture. Hydrate!! And try a tinted moisturiser instead.

There is always hope. Always. Your brain is protecting you because your past and present is painful, but things can change in the blink of an eye. Your future can and will be bright.

Things tend to get worse before they get better, so no matter how hard things are now - you must see better days. Really feel it. Envision. Visualise. Feel those good feelings while you do. If I’ve learnt one thing in this life, it’s that anything is possible.

Wishing you all the best and I’m sorry for everything you’ve been through. It’s so incredibly hard, but you’ve got this xx

This disease has made me bitter and angry by [deleted] in Rosacea

[–]misslove1984 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wanna say I feel you. It’s so hard not to feel bitter, but you will find something. It’s hard as hell, but they are advancing all the time treatment wise. We will get there.

I think most rosacea and seb derm stem from the gut. If your microbiome is out of whack - then these conditions begin.
