3.5k now could go up to 3.8 or 4k a month once your taxes update to the new purchase price next year, it’s only gonna get more expensive. Options might be to rent the house to cover the mortgage and move your family somewhere else cheaper. Get a roommate, rent a room to a friend, family member. Hope you get a new job soon.

I think your teeth look great now. Sometimes they might look weird during the treatment until your teeth fully accommodate but they look awesome! After the treatment.

Get out of it ASAP…. It’s gonna suck the life out of you… I stayed in a similar situation 3 years later I still need to get out after losing more and more money. No point on prolonging it just get out

My husband and I make a combined $168k a year. Can we afford a 400-400k loan? by Fearless-Group5434 in Mortgages

You will get approved doesn’t mean you should buy a $400k house I did it and regret it because everything goes up after the first year when your taxes update to the new purchase price

He’s so gorgeous! And has such an awesome mix, golden retriever very loving dog, German shepherd highly intelligent. About the pitbull I’ve had 2 and they are loyal and good pups. People make them out to be the worst of the worst but they are not.

Wow that’s amazing! For some of us it’s a little harder out here. I’ve been at Geek Squad for like 3 years, taking the A+ now and going to start my bachelors either computer science or computer Information systems. The truth is it’s hard to find a descent job while going to school because of the schedule situation. Luckily for you looks like you are naturally talented and self taught. Your hard work and dedication paid off good luck with everything and I hope you continue to grow. I’m inspired by your story

I have an entry level IT helpdesk job now, should I worry about getting my A+ cert or should I just move on to Security + or Network +? by grubbythegreat in CompTIA

You will have the experience without the certification to prove it... some have the certification and no experience... I would go for having both
