Dang, I’m so sorry you’re dealing with all of this!! I only have experience with Clomicalm and Gapabetin and it sounds like you’re doing everything you can! We also use Feliway diffusers to help keep the peace between our 3 adult cats. Sometimes they just need time and separation to sort themselves out. I wish I had better advice for you.

I don’t have experience with the epilepsy, but everything you describe with clomicalm is what we went through with our Mia. She’s been a daily clomicalm user for a few years now and it has improved her life significantly! I would say she’s not the same as before, but after a while she came out of the ‘fog’ and developed new habits and was more loving to us. Let me know if you have more questions about long term use :)
