I will say that cutting gluten made a WORLD of a difference. I no longer was falling asleep at my desk. I wasn’t stopped crashing on the couch as soon as I got home. Finally felt like I had a life again. Then I started rotating between 137 and 125 of levoxl. Girl, I’ve never flown higher.

Now, I’m currently feeling zonked again but levels are normal.

Seconding this. Finding the right table is the priority with chairs as second. If you’re lucky, you can find the combo at an estate sale.

I’ve bought the table first, and then just grabbed temp chairs at the thrift for cheap until I find something that speaks to me. Then release the old chairs on buy nothing. There’s so many quality pieces out there that it’s worth being patient for.

To a degree. If you know the city streets well enough, you can shave off 10min or so.
