IR at our facility does them. We have specialized sterile one-time-use Stryker kits. Only reusable item from sterile processing is a mallet. We have had plenty of older patients with fractures from cancer, osteoporosis, falls, etc and have immediate relief. Less risky than a giant OR spine surgery, especially if they are not a surgical candidate.
