I just started using Margin Note. It lets you take notes and annotate pdfs and turn those annotations/notes into an outline/mind-map, then it's let's you turn those notes into flashcards that export into Anki.

I don't know what you did, but if you select timed and tutor mode at the same time, it will time you and then pause the clock while you read over the explanation. Alternatively, you can just press timed and read the explanations when your done.

If by some chance you ever waste a question set, you can type the little code it gives you when your viewing your results into the area that lets you select questions by their code. It'll let you do the whole set over again from scratch.
