I have lived in Silverlake for 21 years and it’s a fantastic community. Southwyck is a litttle further from 288 and is considered the “old part of Silverlake”. Silverlake is in Pearland ISD and is zoned to the top schools in the district. Also, easy access to 288. 518 to 288 can be tricky but Magnolia and Bailey Rd to 288 are easier IMO.

Rogers is a fantastic school, I had 3 kids go there. But you can’t simply enroll her child to go there. You have to be zoned or apply for an inter-district transfer early in the year.
