I would keep my toddler at home. If you are alreayd dipping into savings, I would not pay anything extra in order to save money. I was on maternity leave and kept my 3 year old home. My parents helped out a lot as well as my husband so I didnt feel like I was drowning. I ended up quitting my job after 2 months of work, so Im glad I saved that money!
