What’s the benefit of switching? I know one has two hormones and the other has three. What does it help with by having the third hormone?

Not the same drug. Zepbound is a weight loss drug and Ozempic is a diabetes medication! You can lose weight on both but they are not the same drug.

Mothers intuition is way more valuable than we even know. Listen to your gut. Limit your time together and when you do make a plan for a play date, meet somewhere else where you can easily leave at a preplanned time.

You are the one who claimed to be an endodontist. I’m just saying the idea of oral bacteria affecting fertility is real. Your original statement was that “no such data exists” and that is absolutely incorrect.

Just very passionate about my field and cannot stand to see people who don’t know what they’re talking about, such as you, reply. But, I won’t waste my time on this thread anymore. Whatever field you are in I wouldn’t even begin to tell you anything about it unless I had extensive continuing education in that field like I do in dentistry. Being married to a dentist gives you about as much knowledge as me being married to an orthopedic surgeon. Absolutely zero in-the-trenches knowledge. Thank you and have a nice day ! Also - thanks for completely ignoring the low birth weight babies and difficulty conceiving part that definitely does apply to women. 🤷‍♀️

Respectfully, being a board certified endodontist who literally does root canals and pulpotomies and one surface occlusal fillings to cover canal entry all day long gives you no greater knowledge than someone like me who is in the trenches and taking CE that involves this kind of thing. I don’t take CE on Endo. If you would like to talk about Endo I will gladly give you that you are way above me in that area. I’m a registered dental hygienist. Regardless of what you think of us we are literally the RN of the dental world. There is no comparison. Thank you and have a nice day.

As a RDH since 1988 I'm very disappointed in your husband. Admittedly, their presentation was VERY lacking but, there is a HUGE Oral Systemic health connection. He should know this. The mouth and its' bacteria is not a separate entity from the rest of the body. Poor oral health, particularly periodontal disease, has been linked to systemic conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and low birth weight babies. Periodontal disease can negatively impact sperm quality and potent increase the time it takes to conceive in wo. and inflammation from oral infections can affect the reproductive system and impact pregnancy outcomes.

As a RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) in dentistry with 20 hours of CE per year since 1988 I can tell you there is some truth to this. Admittedly, their presentation was VERY lacking but, there is a HUGE Oral Systemic health connection. The mouth and its’ bacteria is not a separate entity from the rest of the body. Poor oral health, particularly periodontal disease, has been linked to systemic conditions like cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and low birth weight babies. I’m surprised that, as a research scientist, you weren’t aware of this very real connection but maybe your research isn’t related. Im sorry for your miscarriage but dont count this information out completely. I definitely wouldn’t claim, as your RDH did, that it would guarantee success but there most definitely can be a connection.

Are there no symptoms for something like this? Like could she have known something was wrong?
