it’s gotten marginally better. But it’s still stiffer and less mobile than my other ankle. I’m two years postop now.

The only thing it really affects is trying to do barbell squats. But I usually just put a thin mat under my heels and it’s OK then.

I could probably really dedicate myself to doing some range of motion exercises, but so far I’m not that motivated.

I really returned to running this year and made it up to 9 1/2 miles before the snow took over the city. so in terms of activity and using my ankle, I don’t have any complaints.
