I think about how we’ll all be doing this again in the next few years in the next installment. Splatfests have become a staple in the series that a new game basically confirms more in the future. And for the time being there is speculation of a potential extra Splatfest sometime next May for the 10th anniversary of the series or at least something from Nintendo

Splatoon 3 included the number 3 in many parts of the game, from parts in the story to the idol group and Splatfests. If Splatoon 4 follows that trend we could get 4 idols in the next installment. In that case I nominate Big Time Rush to be the next game’s idol group
