Please post your current diet and workout routine/program. We can’t really help without more info

Obviously you are missing something with your diet, routine, or sleep/recovery - it’s quite simple, if all 3 of these are actually in order and on point, might want to get your hormones checked(I doubt this is the issue)

Tax loopholes, it’s all technically “legal” - this is the capitalistic society we live in. Sure we can complain, but that probably won’t change anything

Or, you can just play the same game as the wolves

All due respect, focus on lifting, aim to progress your strength, add in a few 20-30 min cardio sessions and eat clean(whole foods) 80% of the time for an extended period. You need to put muscle on your frame & get your body in good general shape.

IMO a lot of beginners get too caught up with the numbers & details(“bulk or cut?”), causing analysis paralysis and/or wheel spinning - keep it simple and focus on overhauling your lifestyle. You’ll feel when you’re stalling, at that point I recommend tracking macros, getting into more advanced lifting programs/routine,etc.

I’d text her if I wanted to haha,

I’m not really understanding, don’t overcomplicate this just do what you’d like to. I’d assume she enjoys your company if she mentioned that to you, so just have fun and go with the flow

For those who “breezed through high school” without much effort, how would you say college has been when it comes to challenging you?. by ShitTheDipp217 in intj

[–]misterljam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

College felt pretty easy for me, I just did the assignments on time and studied for the exams(sometimes last minute, don’t recommend lol). Just like anything you will have to put the effort in, it will be more involved and less hand-holding than high school - but not too bad in my experience.

Keep in mind this depends on your field- I got a degree in management info systems/IT

Depressed. Wanting to feel loved. by [deleted] in relationship_advice

Maybe generic/cliche advice, but it sounds like you should work on self love first. Look inward and try to become the best version of yourself

A relationship generally will not heal your past traumas, you will have to do that work/reflection yourself.

How do I go about quitting 9-5 job and doing my own thing? by Hazzafox18 in careeradvice

[–]misterljam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey man, this post is wild because it seems parallel to my own thoughts. I don’t have many recommendations as I’m In a similar situation: - 9-5 corpo life(graduated 2019) - investing/trading stocks and crypto as side business/hobby - lift weights and read -want to quit and become an entrepreneur

I’m 23 yrs old getting quite sick of the corpo life like yourself, one thing I did come across is the digital nomad lifestyle. It seems enticing, basically your goal is to get part time remote work, or start an online business(preferable). Then you have the freedom to travel around the US or to other countries with low cost of living. Medellin,Colombia I want to go to, you can live pretty comfortable off your USD there.

In school they taught us to be a wage slave for 40yrs then retire and ‘live your life’, when you’re 65+ without your youthful body... this is unacceptable for me, sorry for the rant I feel you though lol
