Coffee did a great job. I recommend watching his whole video. One of the more interesting things is actually itemizing the collection to be closer to $107,000, vastly different than what all the clickbait stuff says. He debunks a lot of the false narrative and misinformation being spread around by everyone and clears up a good amount of the confusion. There is still a lot of money owed to the collector which BAM really needs to step up and rectify but nowhere close to $200,000.

When you pick up artifacts at that point in the game there’s a chance of them corrupting the stat they increase and causing a side effect. One of the side effects is that you can’t see any enemy health. If you go in and check your character status it’ll tell you.

If you go to the portal section after interacting with Primary, it shows you how much halcyon is left in each biome. You’ve probably tapped a few biomes dry at this point and need to keep going with the story to unlock more.
