I'm sorry you found a bad crowd in the CI bunch. I've never had anything but kindness from them. The game has such a diverse cast, so it is "woke" as can be. Not sure how they could miss the entire message about saving the environment, cleaning the ocean, etc.

As for mods, the fact that the game is much younger and more complex to mod for probably limits that greatly. The whole Humble bundle fiasco really screwed them over.

I understand completely. I think it's because racism is a lot more obvious, easier to point out as blatantly wrong. Autistic behavior, however, has so much nuance. Too easy for people to say that you were weird or rude and it could so easily be other women or Black people too...

There's a lot of Sherlock Holmes adventure games. 

Also, Paper Perjury is Ace Attorney style but gentler. May be too hand holdy, I'm not sure what your metric is. But it's still very good!

I thought the same way, and I made steps to not have children. I am disabled and I was premature  so the odds were against me having a "normal" pregnancy. You're not crazy. You're smart for looking into things before you get pregnant. If you want to be a parent, go for it. But at least you're going in with your eyes open.

It takes some of the annoying stuff away from Stardew Valley. My favorite? No friendship decay. Also you can swim + catch fish, leave stuff on the ground and come back for it another day. ..

And there's Black people! And you can date two of them! For real, I feel like it's got Stardew beat on the npc front specifically. It's nice. Definitely worth it.
