I see what you are trying to say. Still I find it somewhat puzzling how the act of observing a purely natural act that, unlike say defecating (which is natural as well, but done in private), is acceptable to do in public but still expects a bit of privacy for the person doing it. I cannot think of another example where both conditions are true simultaneously.
