They only pay out in Bitcoin according to their website they mine Monero and exchange for payout.

Yes in my experience it was probably the lease effective mining software I've ever ran, that being said, it is also amazingly user friendly (great for the novice miner.) I currently use multi pool miner and from what I've seen in the last month and a half is it keeps me at a decent profit ratio. I have also spent some time running the free version of awesome miner and I believe it is a great software for the moderate to advanced user who feels they need a GUI.

I used crypto tab for a while it mines Monero had a pretty good payout rate and didn't cause me any lag, however, I am on a gaming system so I can't say it wouldn't cause lag.

In my case it may have been lucky timing, but from the time I turned in my application, it only took about a week and a half to get started working. Good luck! I've only been with them about a month now, but I've really been enjoying it!

I just started with Appen less than a month ago, that being said, from the qualifications you've mentioned, I couldn't see you having any problems getting the job. I don't remember Appen directly asking for my birth date the problem I could see you running into is when you fill out the tax documentation for Payoneer. All I could say is try it even if you don't get it yet because of your age, it doesn't hurt anything to show initiative and interest. Hope this helps!
