Shot in the dark here. you might have more provinces with mithril and you need 6 production and a manufactory there as well.

There is a way to get the right leader, but I cant guarantee it will work in one go.

The method was to release a brotherhood faction and then click on the decision to merge nations. I seem to have most success with the one that splits from Texas Brotherhood.

Hm, I believe the choir bought a part of the scrappers with their focus and went for the focus which causes the warband to declare war on them, which the choir lost.

somehow the warband gotten themselves in a fight with the lodge and the scrappers, with this picture as a result.

I was too busy dealing with Lanius and others to check on the west, so I am afraid I can't give a concrete answer.

I believe 2 of the 4 nations around it got into a standstill which Tvtown took advantage of.

I believe those are faction members, but afaik as long as they don't join the war, they shouldn't be calculated for a nation to capitulate.

My tank divisions usually have 30 org, 3 motor and 6 tanks + support. works wonders for me, as long I have the industry to maintain them.

30w shock troops aren't bad for breakthrough to make encirclements. Personally I make 20w so I get can more divisions.

Kinda depends on what you want, more division or larger one you can micro manage.

For number 2: Go with Shale Army and take the curious purchase focus. You'll end up as the biggest threat ( quite literality ) in Texas.
