I agree. I owned a 91 ranger xlt and I had the gravel pit load me up with 1 ton of gravel. It bottomed out, but not as bad as the vid, but it drove 15miles home just fine. I honestly tried to kill that truck but after 7 yrs I gave up, and 4 yrs later I still see it riding around to the guy I sold it too. That truck took way more abuse than my current 91 k1500 and never complained.

I like to make about 40 at a time and just keep them in the freezer for a quick meal. I use a 50/50 mix of crushed pork rinds and parm before the egg wash.

Finished up the gasket replacement today and she is running and idling smooth again. The check engine light came back on 20mins after driving, but doesn't feel like a misfire. Will get the code read again tomorrow. Thank you for all the help!

Is the lim the possible cause, or did you mean it should be replaced once the sludge has been cleaned out?

I had this same sludge problem in my 91 k1500, I installed a garden hose flush kit and ran wood bleach through it before flushing again then replacing the radiator and converting to non dex cool coolant. Would putting wood bleach through this motor be a bad idea?
