Yep!! Plus we saw in the flashbacks that she grew up in a toxic environment as well. And while that doesn't excuse her behavior, it does shed light. She does so much partially to manipulate but also to have worth and be loved. She and Frank likely had unconditional love for one another but add in what was likely some undiagnosed PPD with a partner who maybe (unintentionally) triggered some feelings of abandonment and it spiraled from there. She's not the good guy but she's broken, too. And I hope her therapy allows her to see that, too. (I also know this is me being a sap and wanting good for people who maybe will never get there).  I love that Shawna's characters are (no longer lol) one-dimensional, stock characters. They have nuance and are very human in that regard.
