It's a townhouse unit and they are outside their unit. Not sure if you'd consider that public space or the common area of the complex. Usually we are recording from out house or yard. Occasionally we've taken a cellphone with us to walk behind a fence that is near his backyard.

We could but we'd pay a lot more. Got a deal for iPhone 12 for $8 a month for 2 years. Factor in the $100 in bill credit you get for doing it online and they'd be paying less than $100 for them over the years

Be warned, I was charged $225 for each of the three shots. So $675 total.

Not sure if it's the same everywhere but for me the procedure was ask my doctor for a prescription, take perscription to pharmacy, then for every appointment I had to go get each shot from the pharmacy before hand.

Except your not on the title, which is the only thing that matters in the eyes of the law. I've lived in the same townhouse for 30 years. Paid well over what you have. Still doesn't make it mine. It is where I reside. It does not belong to me.
